Home remedies to relieve abdominal pain in periods:

1. Periods are usually a process of cleaning the uterus of female human body. In such a situation, by avoiding the consumption of any cold things, fomenting the waist with the lower abdomen with warm water provides relief in pain during periods.

2. Drinking Tulsi (Basil) and ginger tea is also very beneficial in periodic stomach pain for human body. Because anti-oxidant and anti-biotic elements are found in ample amount in basil and ginger. Which gives immediate relief in pain during periodic days.

3. Consumption of herbs is very useful for abdominal pain in periodic days. In the same way, eating parsley with little bit water or eating roasted parsley (celery) during the pain of periods provides relief in stomach pain. 

4. Eating papaya in periods also provides relief from the stomach pain. Because eating papaya relieves stomach diseases like gas, constipation etc.

5. Consuming bananas in periods is also very beneficial in stomach pain. Because calcium is found in ample amount in bananas. Sometimes, due to lack of calcium and other nutritional elements in human body, the pain in the stomach, waist and legs become strong.
